Lorenz Scholarship for Financially Disadvantaged Students of the MDRA Programme
The LORENZ Life Sciences Group offers a scholarship to support students enrolled in the postgraduate Master’s programme Drug Regulatory Affairs (MDRA) who meet all admission requirements, demonstrate high motivation and competence, but are unable to finance the tuition fees on their own.
The MDRA programme is aimed at university graduates who have at least one year of relevant professional experience and would like to gain further scientific qualifications for the demanding work in regulatory affairs departments and their associated areas.
Application Process
Only applicants who do not receive any other form of study funding are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
The application deadline for the Lorenz Scholarship for the programme starting in September 2025 is June 18, 2025.
- a detailed motivation letter (maximum three pages),
- any additional supporting documents (e.g. certificates, continuing education records, references),
- proof of financial need, which may include a written self-declaration.
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.
The LORENZ Life Sciences Group will inform you by the end of June 2025 whether a scholarship will be awarded.
Scope of Funding
The Lorenz Scholarship covers 100% of the tuition fees (currently €9,900).
For the 2025/2026 academic year, the LORENZ Life Sciences Group will award two full scholarships (€9,900 each).
What the LORENZ Life Sciences Group expects from its scholarship recipients:
Students are expected to complete the program within the standard period of study as defined in § 4 of the Examination Regulations.
